All membership fees paid to the All India Valuers Association (AIVA) are non-
refundable.
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to the discretion
of the association's board and with appropriate documentation to support the refund
request.
Registration fees for events organized by AIVA are refundable under the following
conditions:
Cancellation requests made at least 15 days before the event date will be eligible
for a full refund.
Cancellation requests made after the specified deadline may be subject to a
partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances and expenses
incurred by the association.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of the refund
request approval.
Fees paid for courses, workshops, or training programs conducted by AIVA are
generally non-refundable once the course has commenced.
In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered if a participant withdraws 7 days
before the start date of the course, subject to a processing fee or deduction for
administrative costs.
Any disputes or concerns regarding refunds should be addressed in writing to the
association's administrative office within a reasonable timeframe.
The association will review the request and communicate its decision within a specified
period.
